Couple Therapy

Having a partner who is willing to work on a relationship with you is very lucky. Couple therapy can come in where your luck ends and fill in the gaps.

I prefer to meet with my couples weekly for at least ten weeks. After ten weeks we can reassess how things are going and decide whether we want to continue.

I have found that relationship counseling works surprisingly well over video. That is because you and your partner are in the same room, and I am able to observe the tone, energy and body language between the two of you.
